History began in 2014.
At first I just thought, it would be cool to somehow register in creating games, it is probably fun. Further, I began to analyze and fantasize in which games I would replace and come up with various details, mechanics, chips and after a while, … or maybe I myself will make a game .. .

Where to start. You probably need to learn how to do everything yourself. I chose the Gamemaker Studio program and started training, still learned to draw and animated.
He studied tutors a lot, called up with the creators of YouTube lessons, asked to help to understand bugs, tasks, and met many people. After about six months, he was blocked, as he studied without days off and all the time after work (ZP was 12k rubles.)
Then I thought … To do everything quickly, we need a team in which each person is already more or less professional in his field. With his zero experience, I analyzed what needs to be done to create a game. With quick development, I planned to meet in 3-5 months.
She began to look for a team on the forums, which would make a game for free, and we will divide the profit equally. It turned out to be such naive developers who themselves do not know how and gain teams, there are dozens and dozens. Naturally, I did not find anyone.

The next thought. We need money. My income does not allow me to even live normally for a month. It is necessary to create a business that will allow you to pay for the help of a future team.
At his work, during the week, “by chance” he interviewed everyone, what business they would like to open, if they had a lot of time and money. The idea sounded – a sand -drawing studio.

Found artists and the studio opened. The business brought income, but with the deduction of advertising, salary, taxes, it was still enough only for a modest life. So 2 years passed. My girlfriend quit my job and we were engaged only in the studio. Yes, the income was modest, but there is a plus, after 2 years it delegated many processes and I had time, and I had to spend only 2-4 hours a day.
In 2016, having realized that I could not raise income in my city to hire a team of developers, the idea came to look for investment.

He began to write to them in VK and offer his idea, 300K was required – 400K rubles. and 3-4 months of development (yes, the first version of the project was simplified as much as possible). Several people became interested. Negotiations occurred only with one team of young guys who could easily afford this amount.
There were a lot of calls in 2 months, during this time, before signing the contract, it was necessary to completely find the team. I spent several test tasks and found developers.
The whole team was ready for the start. I am full of energy to create. There were some small details to solve with investors, I was happy and in anticipation of the “beginning”.

For me it was the first strong blow.
About 2 days did not do anything at all. Then I decided for myself, I should not give up, it always seems to me that someone else in my place would find 100 ways to continue the development. And I needed only one way. And probably chose the worst.
The plan was like this – first make the alpha version of the game and through crowdfunding to gain the necessary financing. I decided not to simplify the game, but add 20% of the plan, respectively and the amount increased. There is a team, there is no money. I took a loan, the team started work.

The project was in 2D. In the course of the development of animation, they somehow made a very long time. And the GG should spin, spin and make a large number of strokes.
The characters artist suggested doing everything in 3D, that this will accelerate the creation of animations. And he himself will be simultaneously simultaneously. Since this will accelerate the development, it was decided to cross.
There were great difficulties in the software part, a lot of bugs, while correcting the money quickly ended and the team disappeared … , And the plan was different.
He began to look for enthusiasts again to continue the development, but now something was already in the project and it was easier to agree. The turnover was big, people promised and disappeared constantly looking for people, talked, many came to increase their skil and helped a little like that, the project managed to move.
Preparations for crowdfunding began. There was a competition among artists on art. Of course for free, but many wanted to help the project. Voted among these arts.
And at the end of 2016, the long -awaited alpha version was ready. Crowdfunding decided to launch on Russian boomstarter. Everything depended on this collection of funds.

The hopes were very large and took another blow, it hurt again, someone would say that it was because of stupidity and my naivety, maybe he was right. I didn’t know what to do, the team broke up, I forbade myself to give up.
